Magpie Geese & Pink Eared Ducks at Gatton

23/08/15

Gatton Environmental Park was alive with water birds on the weekend.  Pink Eared Ducks and Magpie Geese were the real highlights for me - I could have watched them all day.

  2. This area is mentioned in our birding book so we will be sure to drop in when we get a chance to go to Gatton. Lovely photographic summery of your visit.

    1. It is surprising how many birds you can see in one small place there. Last time I saw the Red-necked Avocets, but alas not this time. Hope you get some great sightings when you go.
