DUMARESQ RIVER - YELARBON QLD
A weekend away fishing also resulted in some some great wildlife sightings on the edges of the Dumaresq river at Yelarbon in Queensland. Peregrine Falcons were without a doubt the highlight, with it being a few years since I have seen one, it was also a first sighting for our son. He also was impressed to see Emus in the wild.

Unfortunately the full moon didn't guarantee much fishing success for us this time, but a few more european carp were removed from the river.
